Usage:
This automatic cartoning machine is widely used for packing blisters, tubes, ampoules,soap, condom, biscuit, chocolate and others into boxes intermittently. The highest speed can reach up to 150boxes/min. It could be suitable for different sizes of boxes, and easy adjust the machine. This machine can fold instruction manual, open box, insert blister into box, emboss batch number and close box automatically. It adopts inverter speed control, human machine interface operates, PLC control. It adopts photoelectric to monitor and control eachstation automatically, so that once something unexpected happen, it will stop and display the reasons automatically, which can solve the troubles in time. This machine can be used separately and also can be linked together with other machines to be a production line.
