Product features:
CFB-3SSeries Automatic Three-Color Jelly Cup Filling Sealing Machine, which is suitable for 1-3 colors jelly filling and sealing. The finished cup jelly has clear layers, no water droplets, smooth trimming and tight sealing.
Working Process:
Cup Auto feeding→Dust Clean→Filling 1→Cooling→Filling 2→Cooling→Filling 3→Cooling→Liquid Level Control→Sealing film unwinding→Date Printing→Flat Sealing→Photoelectric correction→line sealing→trimming→products push out and conveying。
Optional Device: fruit grain feeding, machine anti-dust cover, Filling system with CIP、Date Printer etc.
This machine adopts latest technologies, such as no drop, no splash, no bubble filling, PID intelligent temperature controller, floating seal, PLC+touch panel control, inverter speed control etc. All the pneumatic parts and electrical parts adopt domestic famous brands and international brands.
