It is our pleasure to deliver SL-480D Full Servo Driven Heat Welding Lollipop Packaging Machine to our customer

in Hubei today. His products are not ordinary lollipops, and of course our packaging machine is not ordinary lollipop

packaging machine. His product requires 2 half lollipop sides to be welded together to form a complete lollipop.

There are 2 ways to produce this product on the market, we call them automatic machine and semi-auto solution.

1） Automatic machine:

Our SL-480D Model is specially designed for the products which need joint 2 pcs half side to a complete one, such

as surprise egg, eyeball gummy candy and fruit shape gummy candy. One machine can forming, filling (auto feed

or not depends on what product you want to produce), sealing (some products do not need sealing), welding and

cutting.

In the beginning, our SL-480D model could only be welded by ultrasonic, but some customers are not good at

ultrasonic welding or have not use ultrasonic welding machine, they will meet some problems. So we developed and

upgraded on the basis of SL-480D Model and lunched SL-480D Full Servo Driven Heat Welding Model and SL-480D

Full Servo Driven Ultrasonic Welding Model for our new and old customers.

We recommend Heat Welding Machine Model to our new customers. For our old customers, we recommend both

Heat Welding Machine Model and new Ultrasonic Welding Machine Model as long as he is willing to try.

The sheet feeding station, forming station, sealing station, welding station and cutting station of our new SL-480D

model are all controlled by an independent servo motor, a total of five servo motors. Full Servo Driven can make the

machine run faster, quieter, more precise and more stable, higher production capacity

2） Semi-auto Solution

1.Table Type manual ultrasonic pasting machine(machine price cheap, and speed lower)

2. Rotary type ultrasonic pasting machine (speed faster than table type, machine also higher than it. Change mold for

additional shape is not difficult and mold price reasonable)

3. Continuous Conveyor Ultrasonic Pasting Machine(machine price higher, speed faster, but difficult to change the mold

for additional shape and mold cost expensive)

Disadvantages of semi-automatic solutions:
1. Large footprint
2. Large number of workers required
3. Part of the product may be damaged on the way to send the half side product to the welding machine
4. Unhygienic
